Refund Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returning an item is extremely easy and can be done on our website. 

To start a return, simply go to MarineSuppliesUS.com click on returns and refunds (located on the main menu), and simply follow easy on-screen instructions (you will only need your email address and your order number to complete a return. When your return is processed, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 We strive to do all returns as quickly as possible to either refund or replace your product. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You may return all defective products for credit or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms is not met there will be a restocking fee to replace the items missing.

If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable however if you choose to exchange the product we will cover the shipping fees of the exchanged product to you.

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Gift cards 
Gift card returns will be re-credited to your gift card and can not be returned for cash.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to lodge a return on our website, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the shipping fee (if not on the free shipping) and 10% card handling fee, and $10 return shipping fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable as they are send with a 3rd party shipping company like Fedex, USPS, DHL and so on.
