Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure
both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect
and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected
with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
4.2 Transit time Internationally
We currently do not ship internationally but do encourage our international customer to apply for a US address from a mail forwarder in the United Sates if you wish to purchase from our store.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except
on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these
instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched. After dispatch we are not able to change the shipping address.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Budget Boat Things will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.
We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
5. Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and
dispatch the rest of the order.
6. Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecast time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation.
7. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.
8. Duties & Taxes
8.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to the price of the goods as displayed on applicable states.
8.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid
upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Budget Boat
Things encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an
order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to Budget Boat Things at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping and an additional 10% admin fee. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
9. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you has been dispatched, we are able to accept cancellations an admin fee of 5%. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy here.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returning an item is extremely easy and can be done on our website.
To start a return, simply go to budgetboatthings.com click on returns and refunds (located on the main menu), and simply follow easy on-screen instructions (you will only need your email address and your order number to complete a return. When your return is processed, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We strive to do all returns as quickly as possible to either refund or replace your product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You may return all defective products for credit or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be a restocking fee to replace the items missing.
If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable however if you choose to exchange the product we will cover the shipping fees of the exchanged product to you.
Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Gift cards
Gift card returns will be re-credited to your gift card and can not be returned for cash.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to lodge a return on our website, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the shipping fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately shipping fees are non-refundable.
Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
